We where first introduced to each other on February of 2019 by his dad and his best friend who happened to be her uncle. Living across the world from each other they still managed to connect and talk on a daily basis. This led to Anees asking if he could travel to Lebanon and meet her in person. Rania agreed and in August he traveled overseas.

While in Lebanon we grew even closer and got to know each other even better. We traveled all over Lebanon experiencing the awe inspiring sites and culture that was all around them. About a week into the trip Anees realized that Rania was the one and vice versa. He asked her if she would like to move forward and she said yes. That day Anees proposed to Rania.

After the engagement Anees returned back to the States not realizing what next was coming. He was going to try and bring her to the US to get married. Then the pandemic hit. The world had shutdown. Through this time Rania and Anees continued forward and would constantly talk on a daily basis. This did not stop there perseverance. A year and half later Rania finally got approval to come to the US to get married.

We are looking forward to this next step and are excited to finally continue our journey together.
